To ensure fair pricing—and to make sure our team has the time, tools, and manpower needed—we use the following Pricing Adjustment Checklist during quoting and at the start of each job.

These factors help determine whether additional time, labor, or materials are needed.

1. Condition Level

Light Condition — No Adjustment
Minor dust, normal use, light debris.

Moderate Condition — +$15–$40
Noticeable dirt, surface stains, clutter, pet hair, soap scum, or moderate buildup.

Heavy/Severe Condition — +$40–$100
Heavy dirt, deep stains, trash, odors, mold, mildew, or biohazard-level buildup.
Also includes neglected or long-unmaintained spaces.

2. Size Adjustments

Vehicles

  • Standard vehicle — Included

  • Mid-size SUV or small truck — + $15

  • Large SUV, minivan, full-size truck — + $25

  • XL / 3rd-row vehicles — + $40

Homes

  • 1–2 bedroom — Included

  • 3 bedroom — + $20

  • 4–5 bedroom — + $40

3. Clutter & Access Level

  • Cluttered home (counters/floors covered) — + $15–$40

  • Vehicle with belongings that must be removed — + $10–$25

  • Blocked rooms or tight spaces — + $15

  • Difficult access (stairs, narrow driveway, no parking) — + $10–$20

4. Special Surfaces or Materials

Some surfaces require extra care or specialized products:

  • Special coatings (epoxy, sealed concrete, stained wood)

  • Oxidized or sun-damaged vehicle paint — + $25–$60

  • Delicate materials (suede, marble, leather, stainless steel) — + $15

  • Heavy mold or mildew — + $20–$60

  • Oil stains that require pretreatment — + $10–$25

5. Extra Labor Needed

If the job will take longer than normal:
