Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Standard processing takes one to three business days from the date the order is placed. Orders submitted after noon CT are treated as next‑day orders.

Shipping Methods & Transit Estimates
At checkout you can choose from Standard (three to seven business days), Expedited (two to three business days), or Priority (one to two business days). Transit times begin after processing and are estimates, not guarantees; business‑day transit excludes weekends and carrier‑observed holidays.

Shipping Rates
Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen speed.

Order Tracking
A shipping‑confirmation email with tracking details is sent when your package leaves our facility. Please allow up to twenty‑four hours for the tracking link to activate. Tracking can also be viewed in your account dashboard.

Address Accuracy
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double‑check your information; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. Contact Customer Care before your order ships to request changes—once a label is printed, changes are not possible.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Delayed)
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. For lost or stolen packages, file a claim with the carrier first, then complete the Delivery Issue Form on the Shipping Policy page and we will assist where possible.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to the countries listed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. International transit times vary widely and may be extended by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items—such as aerosols or flammables—cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight‑forwarding services due to carrier and regulatory restrictions. Any restricted products will be flagged at checkout.

Split Shipments
To get your items to you faster, we may ship an order in multiple packages at no additional cost. You will receive a tracking email for each package.

Severe Weather & Holiday Volume
Carrier networks sometimes experience delays beyond our control. During peak seasons or adverse weather, please allow extra transit time.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we strive for quick fulfillment, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they enter processing. If you need assistance, submit the Order Assistance Form on the Shipping Policy page as soon as possible; we will do our best but cannot guarantee modifications.
